About the event

Institut Sultan Iskandar with its strategic partner, the Ministry of Economy hosted the Sustainable Development Innovation and Advancement Conference 2024 (SusDIA).

With the theme, Sustainable Horizons: Enhancing ESG Readiness to Drive Sustainable Development Goals, the conference was held on 24 April 2024 at the UTM Hotel and Residence in Kuala Lumpur and marked an important milestone in the national pursuit of sustainability.

The Sustainable Development Innovation and Advancement Conference 2024 served as a platform to promote dialogue, knowledge sharing and catalyse action to improve ESG readiness for the Sustainable Development Goals. By harnessing the collective expertise and creativity of participants, the conference emphasized the importance of collaboration in addressing global challenges and promoting positive change.

Highlights of the conference included invited speakers from renowned experts and thought-provoking panel discussions on topics such as progress towards SDG 2030, synergies between SDG and ESG, ESG challenges, strategies, and the future of ESG.
