Description

The objective of this project is to develop a Master Plan for the Transformation of Johor Bahru into a Cultural and Heritage city and a vibrant economic centre in Iskandar Malaysia. The proposed of phase one of this projects focused on eight (8) important elements in Johor Bahru City Centre:Sungai Segget Revitalization and Jalan Wong Ah Fook Rehabilitation; Heritage City Redevelopment and Facade Treatment; Relocation of Hawker and Food Bazaar; Causeway Canal; Cruise Terminal; Upgrading of Royal Park and Zoo; Transformation of Bangunan Sultan Ibrahim and New Waterfront City.
