On 1st & 2nd December 2025, the Comprehensive Course on Property Valuation Methods: A Comprehensive Course was successfully held at Pulai Springs Resort, Skudai, with participants from among the officers and senior officers of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).
This course aimed to provide an in-depth understanding of various methods and techniques in property and asset valuation, which are crucial in corporate asset management.
The program was designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles and key valuation methods, such as overview of valuation and valuation principles, and valuation methods and approaches.
Led by expert speakers PMgr Sr Dr. Kamalahasan Achu and Sr Wee Soon Chit, we hope the course can be directly applied to conduct accurate valuations in their day-to-day responsibilities at TNB.
