Autodesk Navisworks Essentials learning course teaches you the best approaches to combine 3D geometry from cross disciplines into one scene to enable effective model reviews. Through a hands-on, practice-intensive curriculum, students acquire the knowledge needed to review and markup the model, use TimeLiner, Animator, Scripter, Quantification, Autodesk Rendering, as well as the Clash Detective tools within the Autodesk Navisworks software.

By the end of the course, you will know how to better predict project outcomes, reduce conflict and changes and achieve lower project risk using Autodesk Navisworks Manage software in a BIM workflow.

Over the course of this learning, you will learn how to consolidate civil, architectural, structural, and MEP models into one BIM Model. Starting with an AutoCAD Civil 3D drawing file , you will append various Autodesk Revit models and check for conflicts. Next, you will use review and mark-up tools for communicating issues across disciplines. Finally, you will use Walkthrough, TimeLiner with Primavera & Microsoft Project and Clash Detective to stimulate construction and find constructability issues on-site clashes.
