Saturday, 18 November 2023 – Institut Sultan Iskandar, through its subsidiary ISI Ventures Sdn. Bhd (ISIV), organized a workshop titled “Route to Professional Engineer via NEW Outcome-based Professional Assessment Examination.”
The goal was to guide aspiring engineers on the various routes to achieving Professional Engineer status and equip them for the recently introduced Board of Engineers (BEM) Outcome-based Professional Assessment Examination (PAE). 🎓💡
The Outcome-Based PAE ensures that candidates’ training and experiences align with the standards set for professional engineers. Conducted by a skilled PAE assessor, a thorough interview is carried out to validate practical experiences supported by evidence in the application form and training with experience report, verifying the presented competence.
We were honoured to have Professor Emeritus Ir. Dr. K. S. Kannan, an Energy Expert Consultant, as the speaker for this insightful workshop held at the Training Room, Institut Sultan Iskandar, UTM Kuala Lumpur. Participants received e-certificates upon program completion.
